"Whoa" Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup crisped rice cereal
- 1 package store-bought chocolate frosting
Directions:
*Easily made vegan with vegan butter and frosting.
- Stir the sugar and butter together in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the peanut butter and rice cereal, continuing to stir until you get an even texture.
- Shape the batter into small balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
- Put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator to allow the balls to harden (about 45 minutes).
- Remove the cookie sheet from the refrigerator.
- Dip each ball in frosting, then put it back on the cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls for another hour, then enjoy them with your friends.
