Peas and Pasta Shells
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces macaroni shells, cooked
- 2-1/2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Add pasta shells and peas, parsley, salt, pepper and mix well. Put in a casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
