Donna's Stuffed Peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 3 green peppers
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Mix raw beef, uncooked rice with eggs and onion soup mix.
- Clean peppers. Cut in half. Stuff pepper a little from the top.
- Mix tomato sauce with sugar and pour over top the peppers.
- Cover and bake about 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
