Donna's Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:
  1. Mix raw beef, uncooked rice with eggs and onion soup mix. 
  2. Clean peppers. Cut in half. Stuff pepper a little from the top. 
  3. Mix tomato sauce with sugar and pour over top the peppers. 
  4. Cover and bake about 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
