Bacon & Waterchestnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, whole
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup mayonniase
  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar


Directions:

  1. Slice bacon strips into thirds. 
  2. Wrap uncooked bacon around water chestnuts. Hold with a toothpick. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 
  3. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, brown sugar. Boil ketchup mixture. 
  4. Pour over water chestnuts. Bake for 20 minutes.
