Bacon & Waterchestnuts
Ingredients:

Recipe from the kitchen of Penny Mauger.
- 1 package bacon
- 1 cup water chestnuts, whole
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup mayonniase
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
Directions:
- Slice bacon strips into thirds.
- Wrap uncooked bacon around water chestnuts. Hold with a toothpick. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, brown sugar. Boil ketchup mixture.
- Pour over water chestnuts. Bake for 20 minutes.
