- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 saltines
- 2 large eggs
- Mash crackers into crumbs (should be about 3/4 cup).
- Mix all ingredients together. Let sit 1/2 hour.
- Shape into patties and brown.
