Uncle Del's Chicken

- 8 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup Wine Sherry
- 8 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 Box Cheese and Garlic Croutons
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in baking dish, cover with cheese slices.
- Combine soup and wine. Pour over to cover chicken.
- Spread crushed croutons over to cover.
- Melt butter and drizzle over casserole.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with rice, green salad and french bread.
