Corn Souffle

Ingredients:
  • 1 Can Creamed corn
  • 1 Can Corm
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 Box Jiffy Muffin Mix

Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Mix all ingredients together.  
  3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, until the top is lightly brown.
