Val's Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients:
Directions:
From the kitchen of Val Buick.
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 2/3 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in to a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. The longer it cooks the more creamy it gets.
