Val's Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 2/3 cup cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in to a 5-6 quart slow cooker. 
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. The longer it cooks the more creamy it gets.
