BBQ Chicken and Corn Pizza
- 1 Boboli pizza crust
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 4 ounces corn
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet; spread 1/4 cup BBQ sauce over crust.
- Combine remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and cooked, chopped chicken in a bowl; stir well. Spoon chicken mixture over crust; top evenly with corn and shredded cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
