- 1 bag no yolk wide egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain. Place the noodles in a large frying pan with butter and brown the noodles until they are crispy.
- Variation: for cheesy noodles skip the butter and cut up and melt 1 small block of velveeta cheese over the noodles.
