Crispy Buffalo Ranch Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Frank's RedHot Original Seasoning Blend
- Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30 seconds. Stir in Frank's RedHot Original Seasoning Blend, panko, salt and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Evenly spread tops of chicken with 1 teaspoon ranch dressing. Mound with panko mixture, pressing to adhere. No need to coat the undersides. Place chicken in the oven. Roast until chicken is browned and cooked through about 12-15 minutes. Plate chicken and drizzle with additional ranch dressing.
