No-fuss Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
Directions:
6 nuggets with 1/3 cup sauce = 8 Weight Watchers Points Plus.
- 1/4 cup panko
 - 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 pound chicken tenders (cut into 6 chunks)
 - 1 Tablespoon egg substitute
 - 1/3 cup hot pasta sauce
 
Directions:
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
 - Mix panko and cheese on plate. Mix chicken tenders and egg substitute in bowl. Coat chicken with panko, put on baking tray.
 - Bake 12 minutes. Dip in hot pasta sauce.
