No-fuss Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup panko
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 pound chicken tenders (cut into 6 chunks)
  • 1 Tablespoon egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup hot pasta sauce


Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. 
  2. Mix panko and cheese on plate. Mix chicken tenders and egg substitute in bowl. Coat chicken with panko, put on baking tray. 
  3. Bake 12 minutes. Dip in hot pasta sauce. 


6 nuggets with 1/3 cup sauce = 8 Weight Watchers Points Plus.
