Pasta Fasoli Soup
- 2 pounds Italian sausage (browned)
- 4 cans Campbells minestrone soup
- 4 cans water
- 14 ounce can diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 box green giant frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out liquid)
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with parmesan and croutons.
