Pasta Fasoli Soup


  • 2 pounds Italian sausage (browned)
  • 4 cans Campbells minestrone soup
  • 4 cans water
  • 14 ounce can diced Italian tomatoes
  • 1 box green giant frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out liquid)


  1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. 
  2. Serve with parmesan and croutons.
