Grilled Burritos
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Burrito Shells
- Taco Meat
- Rice
- CoJack Shredded Cheese
- Refried Beans
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
Directions:
- Brush one side of the burrito shell with vegetable oil. Place desired fillings inside the burrito (taco meat, rice, cheese, beans).
- Tightly wrap the burrito and place in a panini maker. Grill for about 2 minutes or util lightly browned.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
