Grilled Burritos

Ingredients:

  • Burrito Shells
  • Taco Meat
  • Rice
  • CoJack Shredded Cheese
  • Refried Beans
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream


Directions:

  1. Brush one side of the burrito shell with vegetable oil. Place desired fillings inside the burrito (taco meat, rice, cheese, beans). 
  2. Tightly wrap the burrito and place in a panini maker. Grill for about 2 minutes or util lightly browned. 
  3. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
