Cesar Dressing


  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 1/2 Lemon's juice
  • 1/2 Cup Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Turn garlic into a paste. Whisk all ingredients together until dressing is creamy. If you're dressing is too thin, add more olive oil. Serve over your favorite greens with your desired fresh grated cheese.
