Artichoke and Mushroom Demi Glaze Sauce

- 3 oz. Artichoke hearts, chopped and drained.
- 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 3-5 Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 Onion, sliced
- 3-4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups Beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon Demi glaze
- 1 Cup Red wine
- Oregano, Thyme, Italian seasoning, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In a large pan, heat up olive oil. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to liquid and saute over high heat.
- Add red wine and simmer until reduced.
- Add broth, demi glaze, seasoning and artichokes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
