Artichoke and Mushroom Demi Glaze Sauce


  • 3 oz. Artichoke hearts, chopped and drained. 
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3-5 Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 Onion, sliced
  • 3-4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Demi glaze
  • 1 Cup Red wine
  • Oregano, Thyme, Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large pan, heat up olive oil. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to liquid and saute over high heat. 
  2. Add red wine and simmer until reduced. 
  3. Add broth, demi glaze, seasoning and artichokes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
