Instant Pot Applesauce

- 3 lbs apples (cored and peeled)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Wash, peel and core apples, then add sliced apples to Instant Pot.
- Add the cinnamon and water over the apples.
- Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. When time is up, let the Instant Pot do a natural release for 3 minutes then do quick release. Apples will be soft.
- Mash with a potato masher.
- Enjoy warm or let cool.
- Place in an airtight container and keep in fridge for up to a week.
