Instant Pot Applesauce

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs apples (cored and peeled)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:
  1. Wash, peel and core apples, then add sliced apples to Instant Pot.
  2. Add the cinnamon and water over the apples.
  3. Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. When time is up, let the Instant Pot do a natural release for 3 minutes then do quick release. Apples will be soft.
  4. Mash with a potato masher.
  5. Enjoy warm or let cool.
  6. Place in an airtight container and keep in fridge for up to a week.
