Sushi Eel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce 
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced 
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, Minced 
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Scallion, Sliced Thin
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Peanut Oil


Directions:

  1. Heat peanut oil in medium saucepan over medium/high heat. 
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and scallions, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce and sugar. Continue stirring until sugar dissolves.
