Ooey Gooey Brownies

Brownie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Hershey's syrup (1-1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup nuts


Frosting Ingredients:

  • 1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Brownies: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Beat in syrup and flour. Grease and flour pan (10x15). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Frosting: Mix sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute only. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat with a mixer. Spread while hot.
