Spanish and Latin American Cooking - A High School Spanish Project

Here's a little gem I found recently in my files.  My favorite memories from high school are from my language classes.  I took four years of French and three years of Spanish. I loved languages. My best friends were in those classes and we had the most fun.  Our French team took first place in a local competition for our rendition of Alice in Wonderland.  The entire play was spoken in French and we put a little spin on it turning it into "Alice in Punkland."  Oh, let's give it up  for the 80s! Hope you enjoy this cookbook I put together for Spanish class. Mrs. Hoekstra was my favorite teacher by far. And I won't hold it against her that I only received a 99% on this project.
