Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
  1. Cook sausage and drain. 
  2. Separate crescent rolls and place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. 
  3. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. 
  4. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over all. 
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
