Sausage & Mushroom Penne Skillet

- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 6-1/2 oz. Italian style herb sausage
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 cups tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices; cook with mushrooms in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta. Add to skillet along with the pasta sauce; stir. Sprinkle with mozzarella; cover. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
