Monkey Bread

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 16-ounce packages biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon. 
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls. 
  3. Put the balls into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. 
  4. Then place in ungreased Bundt pan. 
  5. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and the remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture. Pour over the biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
  6. Allow pan to rest for about 5 minutes, then cover with a large plate and invert. To eat, pull desired amount off with your fingers and enjoy the gooey sweet sinful treat.
