Healthy Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
  1. Stir your ground turkey, eggs, onion, oatmeal, ketchup, salt and pepper, ½ can of soup, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce . (I use my hands to mix it really well.)
  2. Mold and put into bread pan.
  3. In a separate bowl stir the brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a ½ can of soup and pour over top of loaf.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
