Healthy Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup ketchup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Stir your ground turkey, eggs, onion, oatmeal, ketchup, salt and pepper, ½ can of soup, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce . (I use my hands to mix it really well.)
- Mold and put into bread pan.
- In a separate bowl stir the brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a ½ can of soup and pour over top of loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
