Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks


Ingredients:
  • 2 Pork blade steaks, cut 1 inch thick
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours. 
  2. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.
