• 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Put the next 5 ingredients (only 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese) into a mixing bowl and blend.
  3. After the pasta is cooked and rinsed off with cold water (so you don't burn your hands while stuffing), use a spoon and fill the pasta shells. Place the stuffed shells into a shallow baking dish.
  4. Cover with the spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
