Alicia's White Bread Recipe for Bread Machines

Ingredients:

• 1 cup warm water
• 1 package (1-1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
• 1 extra large egg, beaten
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup bread flour
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

1. Place the water and yeast in the bread machine pan first. This activates the yeast. 
2. Next add the egg and the oil.
3. Finally add the dry ingredients.
4. Select basic bread setting, normal crust.
