Pineapple Teriyaki Crockpot Chicken
This one is a new family favorite! And it's super easy. I cooked the chicken long enough to easily tear apart and serve as sandwiches. It tasted great served over corn muffins.
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Place chicken in a crockpot and cover with juice mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
