Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches

Serves 4.

- 4 slices cooked bacon, halved
- 8 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted
- 6 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken breast
- 8 slices ripe tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
- Spread mayonnaise or butter on four waffles.
- Divide chicken, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce evenly among servings.
- Top with remaining waffles.
- Serve with homemade strawberry milk shakes!
