Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 10 cups chicken stock
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 4 teaspoons better than bouillon chicken sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 bag wide egg noodles, uncooked
Directions:
- Cook chicken slowly on a pellet grill; 250 degrees for 3-1/2 hours
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except the pasta.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before serving add pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper. Discard bay leaves.
