International Christmas Party

As a single person I found myself feeling lonely and a bit depressed at Christmas. So in 1993 I decided to start a new tradition that I could look forward to each year–I would host a Christmas party in my home for the extended family with an International theme. I have a love of travel and meeting people from different parts of the world.  So my tradition became selecting a country of the year and then building out the party based on their customs–the food, the decorations, and the party games. Our family enjoys learning traditions from people around the world and delicious meals. So of course the big question is, what country will we pick next year?
