Crunchy Drop Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1-2/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 Tablespoons milk
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups granola

Directions:
  1. Cream together shortening, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Combine and add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the granola. 
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Makes 6 dozen cookies
