Everything Bagel Chicken


  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, (4 small breasts)
  • 8 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Butterfly your chicken breasts (slit them open width wise almost all the way, you want the two sides to still be joined together), and season with salt.
  3. Sprinkle the bagel seasoning all over both sides of all the chicken breasts. You can put the seasoning in a shallow, sided plate if it’s easier, or just sprinkle it right on. 
  4. Place one  tablespoon of cream cheese at the end of each breast and roll up, securing with some toothpicks.
  5. Heat the oil up in a large, oven-safe frying pan on medium high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place the pan in the oven and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, and an instant read thermometer reaches 165°F, about 15-20 minutes.
