Chicken Salad Puffs

  • 6-ounce can chicken breast meat
  • 2 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-8 ounce package crescent rolls
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, and cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  3. Open crescent rolls. Press each roll into one of the 8 holes in the muffin pan. Evenly divide the chicken mixture and place into center of each roll.
  4. Cook 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Funfetti Cake Batter Dip

1 cup Funfetti cake mix
1 cup Vanilla greek non-fat yogurt
3/4 cup cool whip light (thawed)
to taste sprinkles (garnish)

In a medium bowl, stir together cake mix and yogurt. Gently fold in whipped topp ing until completely combined. Dip will be thick, but fluffy . Cover and refrigerate dip for about 4 hours. Serve with graham crackers, animal crackers, or fruit slices.

Serves 8.
