- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 3 Tbs powdered milk
- 2 ½ tsp yeast
- Place ingredients in bread machine in listed order, and turn on using the dough setting. When the bread machine finishes, turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and shape in to rolls (8-10 is average).
- Place rolls on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam and cover with cling wrap. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and set rolls to raise for 30 minutes in a warm area.
- Place rolls in oven and bake for 12 minutes.
