Oven French Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf french bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
- Grease 9" x 13" pan.
- Lay out bread (1" thick slices). Pour egg and spice mixture over the bread. Cover. Refrigerate over night.
- Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over bread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until light and fluffy.
